You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify ClaimBot Insurance Technologies Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use.

ClaimBot Insurance Technologies Inc. retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including AI models, algorithms, and software. You retain ownership of your claims data. You grant ClaimBot Insurance Technologies Inc. a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Illinois, USA.
